We work to put you in a small group with other people who are similar to you in the fitness goals they want to accomplish and their current fitness level. This means you won’t be joined with someone who is so much more or less advanced than you are, which could make you feel frustrated and perhaps uncomfortable. You still get quite a bit of personal attention from our personal trainer with semi-private personal training, as the sessions are kept small in number.
